Grand Prize Winner will receive a $500 cash prize
3 Runner ups will receive 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize medals
All wining commercials will be posted on our site
All winning entrants will have a chance to showcase their talents by way of a short bio

Come up with a great idea to showcase the ease in which tenants/renters can find their next home. Use film, animation, stick figures, etc. to create a uniquely entertaining commercial lasting 30-90 seconds. Our main focus with this commercial is to entertain and gain name recognition with potential renters! So have some fun and let the creative juices flow!

Round 1 Judging

(50%) Likelihood this will go viral on YouTube based on the entertainment factor
(30%) Ability to create a series of postings based on the concept
(20%) Likelihood this will motivate people to use 1SourceRents.com to locate a home

Round 2 Judging

10 Semi-Finalists. Entries will be posted here for the public to vote on their favorite starting on or about August 5, 2009 and ending on or about August 26, 2009. Users can vote for one of the 10 entries each day. At the close of the voting period, the entry that receives the most votes will be declared the Grand Prize Winner. The entries with the next three highest vote totals will be declared the Runner-Up Winners. All winners will be announced on the site and the prizes will be mailed on or about August 31, 2009.
