We have found one of the most difficult tasks a property manager encounters is finding a tenant. Advertising in newspapers (especially major markets) is expensive and time consuming! With traditional print advertising we only had a couple of lines to describe the attributes of our rental property. This was frustrating for the tenant and for us. With 1SourceRents.com the tenant can view all pertinent information before a call is made or an email is sent. Now when we get a call from a prospective tenant, it's only to ask if the house is still available!
